Mr. Castillo, Troup Tiger Band

My name is Robert Castillo and I am the band director at Troup High School.

High school Majorette candidates and parents! Mrs. Paige has set up a Facebook group page and Google folder for you. Just because we can't go to school doesn't mean you can't twirl! The page and folder will contain information and videos about the audition routine. She has broken down the material into smaller chunks for easier learning. Please go join the group page and get started!

And about auditions... We will do our best to have them as soon as we can. This is an unusual situation, which will require flexibility, creativity, and a positive attitude!

Please prepare the group audition material (That's the Way) and your solo. Also, if you plan to audition for Head Majorette, you will need to prepare a one page essay. Essay should include an introduction, accomplishments, leadership qualities, and a positive change that you would like to see.
